Teams design, build and program two fully autonomous robots that play against another pair of robots. The robots must find a bright orange golf ball and score into the opponent's color-coded goal (yellow or blue) on a green field that looks like a small soccer pitch. In Soccer Vision there is no weight limit, robots may be up to 18 cm in size, and they usually use cameras to find the ball and goals. A game has two 10-minute halves with a 5-minute break.

What's new in 2027:

• A team automatically loses the game when the score reaches 10 - 0.

• A neutral kick-off happens when all robots from both teams are out of the field.

• After the 1-minute out-of-bounds penalty, the robot goes back near one of its own corners and can return at any game interruption.

• New pilot kicker test: kicked straight up, the ball must not go higher than 100 cm.

RoboCupJunior Egypt: we organize Soccer Vision only (no Soccer IR). Teams play the games and also give a presentation and do a Technical Challenge. There is no poster.
